Here’s where TheOngLeeHauz first began ✨ This is the original 5-room BTO floor plan before all the planning and renovations began. 
We did the rough space planning for our hauz — 1. Combined two rooms into one to create a bigger, more comfortable bedroom 2. Positioned our dining area to overlook the living, so the whole space feels connected 3. Split the kitchen into two zones, with an island counter (a forever wish came true for the Mrs) Our goal from the start was simple: to keep our hauz cozy, functional and practical while adding in a touch of luxury 🥰✨ 
Our living room mood board — envisioned it to be cozy yet timeless, with muted tones and textured finishes. The perfect setting for slow evenings of unwinding. 
Our dining space is all about warm tones and greens. A touch of greenery brings it all to life, softening the space and adding contrast to the rich woods — just like how we liked it 💚 
Dark, refined and quietly bold. Our kitchen focuses on creating a space that feels both minimal and warm — wood grains and luxe stone finishes. 
Designed for rest and quiet luxury, we wanted our bedroom to incorporate soft textures, moody woods and subtle lighting to create the perfect end-of-day atmosphere. 
For our toilets, we envisioned a calming retreat — moody earthy tones, tactile finishes and a touch of luxury too. The common bath carries a soft green accent to alleviate the space, while our master bath leans into a more luxurious, spa-like vibe 😌 
Here’s the latest look at our floor plan after countless sketches, tweaks and rethinks 🫣 We refined each space to better reflect how we truly envisioned our hauz — cozy yet functional ✨ Every corner was thoughtfully planned, from the open living-dining flow to creating littles spaces where we can slow down and breathe.
