This is the living room render that my ID had provided. We knew that we wanted something at the suggested study area but was still uncertain. Hence my ID proposed a bar corner so that we can have a view and while enjoying our drinks! This may look different from the render because overtime we had made a bit of changes here and there but the ultimate look is the same. We changed out the bar corner to Zen area with faux plant to have a more natural look. This render absolutely captured what we envisioned for the kitchen. The ID managed to captured all the small ideas for the carpentry include the measurements for the fridge as well the number of cabinets in the kitchen. We knew that the render will just serve as a guide for the us and will not 100% be similar. However, our ID managed to design the kitchen close enough to what we envisioned. The number of cabinets, grooves and opening of the cabinets are perfect. This is my favorite place of the house. This is where we get dress up and get ready! As we are only have 2 people in the household, we decided that we do not need much wardrobe spaces hence we wanted to make a space for a display cabinet. As you can see the color of the laminates are different from the render. This was cause we wanted the laminate to match the vinyl flooring. We also decided to shift the display cabinet to one side so that we have all our clothes in the same area. On the other side of the walk-in wardrobe, we had an open area without door to hang our clothes. The clothes that we want to wear again will be hung here! So that it will not be mixed with the dirty laundry or clean clothes. Onto the master toilet. This render will look different from reality. The toilet we envisioned must come with a bathtub. However due to the small area and limited bathtub options, we decided to get a standalone bathtub without the shower screen instead. It was a great decision to do away with the screen and get the a standalone bathtub. Not only cleaning of the toilet was much easier, we had more space to move around!
