We are so happy to be back with more posts for OhSohHomely! While our home has not changed much the past few months, we thought it might be quite interesting to see the BEFORE and AFTER of our homely home! 
The layout of our beloved home! We chose a 5 room to future proof our lives. We intend to have kids further down the road and we intend to keep all bedrooms intact to ensure that we have enough space for everyone in the future! 
What used to be plain with a recessed wall.... 
Is now one of the few photogenic spots of our home! We limewashed our living room wall as a feature wall and we flushed the recessed wall with a partition so we can have our TV there 
Our Entry way was boring and right beside the kitchen... 
We placed some carpentry there so we have additional storage + our dry (alcohol) pantry! Thats some character of us displayed if you know what I mean ;) 
It used to be nothing here... 
Now we have a great view across the hall from our dining room! We bought a 1.8m long table to host our guests. Its serving us so well! Perfect for 8-10 pax gatherings!

Is now furnished with plenty of storage and appliances! Its a functional kitchen where we cook almost everyday!

How did it turn hotel like? I love this so much! 
Our Master bathroom! 
Love the tiles we chose. It gave a limewash effect. Very pretty and very hard to maintain lol! Reminder that light coloured toilets are very hard to maintain even though its pretty. Might be worth washing the toilet often! 
Our beloved bedroom... 
We made it comfy and simple. Fuss free and cosy. 
Wardrobe wasnt an issue.. 
Because we dont have many clothes! Somehow we had an easy time packing our wardrobe. We even have a cut out for clean-but-not-so-clean clothes. Absolutely giving big brain energy so now we dont have THE chair. #iykwim Hope this gives you an idea of the work we have done in the house! Feel free to comment on your favourite transformation!
