It all starts with this floor plan — blank walls, empty rooms, and endless imagination. We wanted a home that feels light, flexible, and calm, so we focused on creating open spaces, cozy corners, and storage that hides quietly in the background.
Our living room is the heart of this home 🌿
Loose furniture for flexibility, so we can easily switch things around
A built-in FH cabinet to hide clutter and hold a stainless steel pantry
Framed the windows to let sunlight fill the room ☁️
The goal: a space that feels just as good on quiet mornings as it does when friends come over.
This part of the layout needed balance — keeping some of the old charm while making the space more functional:
Bathroom: We hacked and redid the entire toilet for a fresh start 🛠️
Kitchen: We kept the original floor + wall tiles (because they still worked!) and redid the shelves for better storage!
Focused on durability and easy maintenance, since this is where we’ll spend the most time cooking, cleaning, and making coffee ☕️
This was the fun — but tricky — part ✨
We hacked the existing wardrobe and built a new full-height one to mask an awkward wall
Removed the old bathtub and completely redid the master bathroom to create a cleaner, softer flow~
Designed the space around light, rest, and calmness — the slow mornings we dream about 🌊
