To clean our wooden dining table, I usually spray and wipe down with a homemade solution made up of 1:2 white vinegar: water with a few drops of oregano, peppermint and lemon essential oil. This helps to remove grease and to keep insects like ants away. Vinegar solution can be quite pungent to some. On days when guests are expected, Magiclean natural spray will come to the rescue. Passing on the wise advice of a good friend, cloth diapers make an excellent cloth for wiping mirrored surfaces together with a glass cleaner! 
We recently started using dissolving tablets for the toilet bowls and it makes me feel better about playing the part in saving the environment. Less plastic is disposed of as compared to those bottles of toilet bowl cleaners. I also bought an electronic brush to scrub the floor and tiles on the wall. Truth to be told, it's more to scam my boys into doing their chores. They find it fun and are willing to wash the toilets as a result. I am not going to spoil the fun for them. Personally I prefer cleaning with a normal brush. So there you have it, products and tools we use to fake our clean home!
