Hi there! Today we’re sharing a peek at some of our plants and how we’ve styled and placed them around our space 🌿 We recently moved a few of our plants around to welcome our new tree 🌳 In the home office area, we placed our Ficus umbellate here ,it doesn’t need direct sunlight or frequent watering, so it’s easy to maintain. I also wanted to block off part of the home office from the entrance for a bit more privacy — and with this angle, it does the job just right 🍃

We placed our Ficus Umbellata in a tall pot to give it some extra height perfect for adding presence and a bit of privacy in the space 🍃 Our old Everfresh tree is still here too… it had a tough time with pests and is now in recovery mode. Not sure if it’ll survive, but we’re giving it a bit more time and love 🌱💚

Next is our iconic and favorite Everfresh tree ,the one we shared earlier 🌿 It’s not placed directly in front of a window, but we tested a few spots and this corner seems to work well.

We water it 2–3 times a week, just a cup each time, and give it a gentle mist regularly , the small, thin leaves dry out easily, so misting helps keep it happy 🍃✨ Good air flow from the window and fan also seems to make a difference!

Next is our bay window area — it gets a lot of direct morning sun, so we’re a bit more mindful with plant placement here ☀️ Either we make sure the plants are well-hydrated, or we choose ones that don’t need much water to begin with. It's a bright and happy corner, but definitely not for the fussy plants! 🌿🌞

At the bay window, we’ve placed our Pachira, Snake Plant, Japanese Papaya, and a Bonsai Juniperus 🌱 This spot gets a lot of direct morning sun, so it’s great for sun-loving plants so we do keep an eye on watering.

To be honest, the Bonsai is a tricky one… still trying to figure it out, and it’s not looking its best at the moment 😅 Hopefully it perks up soon!

We have another Snake Plant here — known for its air-purifying benefits 🌬️ Placing it in the corridor next to the bathroom felt like a smart move, since it doesn’t need much light or attention. It’s honestly one of the easiest plants to care for super low maintenance and still looks great! 🪴✨

Recently, my Monstera wasn’t doing too well — so I repotted it and moved it into the bedroom. It seems much happier now, especially with a new leaf starting to appear 🌿 It was originally in the home office, then I tried placing it at the bay window… but I think that spot was a little too hot for it. Sometimes it really is about finding the right corner for each plant!

Here’s my Golden Pothos truly one of the easiest, most low-maintenance plants I’ve owned 💚 I started with just one pot from IKEA, and now I’ve got at least three! This one lives in the bathroom, I love how it hangs nicely off the shelf. It just keeps growing with almost no effort 🌱✨

Finding the right corner for each plant isn’t always easy — sometimes it takes a few tries, and yes… sometimes they don’t survive 😔 I’ve definitely killed my fair share of plants, but through that, I’ve learned so much and slowly started to understand them better. So if you’re just starting out, don’t be discouraged every plant parent starts somewhere. Keep trying, and enjoy the process 🌱✨
