  • Our Vanity Area: Nestled In Our Walk-In-Wardrobe
Ciao! Welcome to our vanity corner. We have it tucked away in the corner of our walk-in-wardrobe. Having dedicated a room just for clothing and bags, we decided to have the vanity area in the same room for convenience. We did a floating counter top with a pull-out drawer for accessories. A vertical column of open shelves help store commonly used cosmetics and skincare products. Behind the vanity table, we covered the entire wall with mirrors to visually expand the space and to allow for easy OOTD checks.

We installed a spotlight to allow for ample lighting during makeup and skincare application. For the wife who enjoys shopping, the glass top of the vanity table helps mimic the experience in a store.

The roomy shelves are a huge plus for keeping the vanity table clutter-free. We got a Joseph Joseph cosmetic organizer to hold some of the small items neatly.

More open shelving can be found above our settee on which our perfumes are stored, along with random bits and bobs.

We had a settee built as an extension of our vanity area. This settee is mainly used when the wife gets tired blow drying her hair. The settee also doubles up as a storage, which is a plus. We look forward to sharing more about our walk-in-wardrobe in the coming weeks. Hope to see you there. Ciao
