In our living room, you'll find gentle curves and organic textures, along with light oak furnishings, to exude subtle wabi-sabi nuances of imperfection and impermanence. A travertine coffee table is our centrepiece in this space. We had wanted a curved sofa initially but went ahead with a more angular one to add more contrast to our living room. One of our best buys would definitely be our Samsung TV as it doubles up as an art piece that complements our limewash feature wall oh-so-well! We had also installed cove lightings for added cosiness - a must-have for this favourite spot of ours.

Our day curtains allow some light to pass through, and we love the soft, diffused rays that settle in our living room. The organic linen series from Everyday Curtains was a love at first sight for us. We intentionally wanted the curtain tracks to be hidden from view, so our IDs flushed the curtian pelmet with our false ceiling, and we really liked how seamless it looked. Soft furnishings like curtains and rugs lend so much depth to a space!

One of our non-negotiables was an odd-shape settee that was executed to perfection by our IDs. It adds so much character to our abode, and it's especially practical on days when we host our near and dear 🤍 Fun fact: we took inspiration from this settee for our instagram handle, hence @ourebbandflow 😉
