Hello! As our kitchen sees plenty of cooking action, we decided to have our all our common used appliances and utensils within reach. We did some open shelves below our peninsula to hold our rice cooker. 
We used a hanging rack for our cooking utensils. Our salt, pepper and sugar are also stored within arm’s reach. 
We used a knife magnet for our knives as they offer better ventilation and resistance against mould versus the more common knife blocks. 
More wall storage are made possible here with hooks.
