hey everyone! we’re e&s, an it dude + designer gurl duo 🤝 we’re preparing to move into our first home in may, and renovations are already in full swing. we’re beyond excited to share our journey and how we’ve arrived at this point! 
here’s the floor plan of our 4-room, 92sqm resale unit! 
we were slightly disappointed by the layout initially since it meant we couldn’t have a fully open kitchen. our id then suggested extending the kitchen counter into the living room, and we instantly loved the idea! it really brought a more seamless flow between the living and dining areas. the color combination she picked was right up our alley as well though we made a few adjustments, which we’ll go into more detail about in our future posts. do follow us on our instagram @eelsiuh as we continue transforming our space! :)
