Both our master bath and common bath share the same tiles as we wanted a consistent look. As the latter had a much tighter space to work with, we went with a pedestal sink. We also went with sliding doors for the shower area as we preferred a wet and dry segregation. 
Our master bathroom has much more allowance so we catered for some cabinetry to store our cleaning supplies. We also went with gun metal finishing for all our fittings as chrome and matte black fittings can be quite a hassle to maintain.
