Movable kitchen island will make a fresh new look whenever we want to change from one place to another. There are many positions/placement that we can put in our house. So far we've tried two positions. This is position 1 (in the kitchen) and the next photo is position 2 (outside the kitchen). Subsequently, we will put at each caption which position is the kitchen island placed. Position 2: This has been our movable kitchen island's position since we moved in. It has been almost 2 years since we moved in, hence why, we changed from this position to position 1. Position 1: This is our current arrangement. We find it refreshing to have a new look! We will focus first on this arrangement and share the pros and cons! Pros is where we have created more space! We could also still placed our bar chairs Position 1: We could also put the bar chairs at the side if we want to make full use and all around of the kitchen island This is also good place to place our bar chairs to catch up with our friends. Position 1: Love that one rug that moves about from the living room, to our entryway to our kitchen area Loving this new space that we've created! Position 1: The one that is without the bar chairs! The cons for this is it has narrow space for us to go in and out of the kitchen. Nevertheless, it still fits us! We could have push in more to the left, oh wells I am sure you get the idea.. or not. HAHAH! Position 1: With our lovely bar chairs enhancing the look of our white kitchen! Closer look to our pantry & electronics Our dream oven from Bertazzoni, Heritage series, has enhanced our kitchen style! Love it! Position 2: This is where we did cooking, baking, kid's homework/spelling, & eating. Missing this arrangement as I type. When our kitchen island was at position 2, this makes our internal kitchen space bigger. We chose Toyomi as our water dispenser after many considerations. Let us list it down. 1. It does not link to the water source, we have to manually input the water. This is a good point for us because we have kids and they may accidentally pressed the wrong button and panicked. The water can just flow out non-stop. With Toyomi water dispenser, it will just stop on the amount of 4.5L and will never go beyond. These accidents are common even though it has child-lock. So we don't have to worry about water bills in case these kind of incidents were to happen. 2. It still looks aesthetically good and just nice on their size which is not too bulky! 3. It is idiot-proof. It is so simple to use and not complicated at all. 4. Affordable price and still got various temperature filtered water! We wanted to get the one brand that cost $2k++ but after much thoughts, it is not worth it when we saw the filter price that you have to purchase every few months. Toyomi's filter is way affordable and works way better for long term investment! This set is good to place hot beverage if we were hosting party(s). The kitchen looks more lively with a small plant at the corner! We chose a rosegold kitchen mixer that matches with our rosegold handles of our cabinets. It also plays a part in enhancing our white kitchen. Position 2: The arrangement that we dearly missed and that we had made good use of the space! Position 2: Before we had our bar chairs. Position 2: Simple yet elegant. Position 2: The look when we first move in! Position 2: This is our aesthetic look of our house!
