We got confused when people asked what our house theme is. Initially we wanted a mid-century modern theme, but then it's adjusted with a touch of industrial, rustic, wabi-sabi, etc. The truth is, we are not sure either now. =p So, we'll just show you what we have and let you judge and tell us instead. xoxo, @hujihuis 
We definitely need input on how to decorate the wall. Especially if you could let us know if you successfully use Command product, or just screw/nail better for hanging photo frames. 
We knocked down walls to convert enclosed kitchen into an open concept one. No regrets. :) 
We don't like anything hanging above our heads, so we keep it simple for now.
