Welcome to our 4-room resale HDB in the north! The unblocked view was one of the main reasons we fell in love with this flat. Though we may be a bit farther from town, the tranquility and greenery make it the perfect haven for introverts like us. We have kept the space flexible with hardly any built-ins, as we love the freedom to change things up to fit our evolving needs. Most of our purchases are from Ikea, Taobao and Muji. We hope our journey inspires you as you embark on your own new home adventure!

We absolutely love the unblocked view from both our living room and bedroom! 
This is the only built-in carpentry in our living room. We designed a cat house with shelves that seamlessly blend with the rest of the furniture. 
We’ve got a barista in the house! This is also where our home-based coffee business runs! 
We get plenty of morning sunshine in the service yard! 
We have a sofa bed in the study room for quick work breaks and as an extra bed for friends who want to stay over. 
We kept the bedroom mostly untouched, as we loved the storage designs from the previous owner, and they fit perfectly with our Japandi-themed home.
