Hello! We are Mr and Mrs Er - hence homeforers (a play on home for us/ homeforever). We are happy owners of a 90m2 4 room BTO in the Northeast. Find more tips/ reno advise on IG/ Tiktok: homeforers 
Started with a Modern Scandinavian theme and ended with a warm, cosy, minimalist overall look. 
When the lights come on and the house floods with warmth Mr was a strong proponent of warm > cool light

Our adjusted layout: changes made with the creative solution to switch the living room and study area 
Open kitchen concept for seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, coffee area, and living room

Moving on to toilets, we wanted to play around with visual textures and wood for a more cosy, inviting feel 
Master bathroom has darker tones and a more resort/ spa like feel
