This is our office + gym room. No major changes done to this room. Like every other room, it already come with parquet flooring and built-in-wardrobe done by previous owner. We re-painted the whole room in white and add in textured wallpaper. We bought it from a small push cart at Tampines Mall few years back. Office space is not a priority for us. So we decided to just cater a small area for it. Once in a while, Zai will do his work there. We like that nothing is at a fixed place as we love to change the layout once in a while. 
Love this corner where sunrays enters. We keep the workspace as clutter-free as possible as we only use our laptop occasionally to work here. 
We also have a reading / relax corner in the office to take a break whenever we need to. But it is usually more of a spot for our cat 🤣. 
This is where we store our gym tools . Keep the room clutter-free and for easy access.
