Hello! Welcome to @houseofgoodcheer :) Our current home is a self-designed project, inspired by our love for Japan, reference photos from the Internet as well as discussions with our contractor, who also helped us renovate our first home. 
Instead of using modern design software, our contractor takes a traditional approach, sketching his designs by hand on a notepad. The only “renders” we could find from our Whatsapp chat are: 1. The living room mirror 2. The vanity area in the master bedroom 3. The TV console in the master bedroom 4. The TV console in the living room His sketches are impressively neat and detailed, perfectly capturing our vision!
