Creating A Functional Service Yard Without Any Renovation!

Hola! No renovation works was done for our service yard, albeit for installation of an automated laundry system and sliding windows. We also got the HDB pipes painted in grey to match our house theme better. 
We did not install any wall fixtured above the washing machine as we felt the flat top of the machine can double up as a platform to place laundry and whatnot. 
We used standing shelves and a portable laundry basket to hold our dirty laundry. 
We got a folding table installed. It was initially for us to sip our morning cuppa, but it has since ended up as a table to fold our laundry.
