Slide 3 covers the false ceiling and aircon rough-in — including the 1,300 × 700 allowance for the Steigen Solar Mini, curtain and blind gaps, the ceiling fan position, and the box-up for the aircon pipe. Lesson learned: the more specific your brief, the fewer surprises during reno. If your contractor is quoting based on vague descriptions, that's a red flag 🚩
