Tiles are one of those things that look simple but have so many decisions baked in — which tile goes where, what size, which direction, where exactly the LED niches sit. So again, we drew it all out.
Slide 1 maps out the tile selection for each zone of the house. The rest of the house gets Hafary 715L0 in 1500 x 750, the kitchen gets a darker Hafary tone in the same format, and the bedrooms get Lian Seng Hin Purewood Pine M in 900 x 150 laid in herringbone. The entryway is owner-supply for both floor and wall.
Slide 2 covers both toilets in elevation view so the tiler can see exactly how each tile type is arranged on the wall — not just what tile, but where it starts and stops. The common toilet uses three tile types, and the master toilet uses four, including a dark veined accent tile paired with a fluted taupe for the feature wall.
Slide 3 is the detailed top-down plan for the common toilet with all the measurements called out — LED niche positions, tile cut lines, the niche depth, and even the smart toilet flush panel position. Nothing left to interpretation.
