One of the decisions that we’ve made for our rooms usually comes as a shock to people – having a dedicated study room for each person. But to us, it made complete sense because if we were to both have meetings simultaneously at home, one of us would’ve had to vacate the room. 
Went with a relatively simple setup for mine because I usually work with just one monitor, and it’s serving me well so far. The desk riser is something that I didn’t have back at my parents’ home and I love it. Not only does it make my desk setup look more sleek, it serves a different function too because I can slide my keyboard in if I need more space on my table. One thing that could have been improved would be to have a bigger table though, because my current table clutters up quite easily (especially when I have several different drinks on my table, oops)
