yes, you didnt read it wrong. my husband and i dedicated 1 common bedroom in our already very space constrained 4rm BTO for me to conduct classes at home. (thank you husband hehe) 
hello im denise, a registered educational therapist in singapore! with a luxury of a dedicated space, i carefully designed a cosy learning area for the kids under my care hehe 
open shelvings at a corner, a table tucked near the blinds, stools that double up as storage 🙌 YAS YAS AND YAS for me! this little corner allows the kids to be independent - grabbing the stationaries, art or learning materials they need all by themselves 
learning table that doubles up as a sensory table 🥹 oh thats my dream come true 😌 children with specific learning needs/ language learners learns best through multisensory manner. actl, all kids learn best through that manner isnt it 🥚 here, the kids scooped the eggs, cracked them and formed words from the letters hidden inside - spelling in a different manner 
window space as a part of learning space❓ a definite YAS ❕ more movement = increased engagement = enhanced learning experience = retained learning 😚 maximising every little corner paves way for creativity too!
