Welcome to Latte Home - a 4-room BTO in Tampines! As you can tell from our pictures, we just love all milky, creamy tones. Here's our cosy living and dining area where we hang out when friends or family come over. 
As our living room is big enough, we decided to place the dining table here. 
Going with a more open-concept home, we hacked away half the wall and did custom wood windows. This allows us to on the air-conditioning for just the study room. Love how the windows let more light into the home and also add to the cafe vibes! 
We chose this BTO unit which came with an open kitchen so we didn't need to hack any walls. Added counter seating for the cafe aesthetic. 
An induction hob is placed on the peninsula, facing the counter seats. 
No regrets replacing the service yard door and windows with with this arch doorway :) This allows the fridge to be placed in the service yard, giving us more countertop space in the otherwise too-small kitchen. 
Here's where I spend most of my nights just relaxing in bed. Aluminum blinds are probably an unusual choice for the bedroom but I love the milk tea colour :) With venetian blinds, you get really good privacy and light controls. 
Our master bathroom is pretty simple with the only built-in being the vanity. The backlit mirror and hanging eucalyptus add to the relaxing mood.
