Hey there! I'm gonna share about some challenges I've faced in upkeeping our bathroom. Perhaps you could consider these points when designing your bathroom! Our sink has a flat bottom, so water doesn't flow easily to the drainage hole. Residue and dirt often gets left behind on the surface. To make cleaning easy, I place a handy brush at the sink where it's within reach for me to clean anytime. It helps to have an aesthetic-looking brush so it doesn't look out of place! We chose black fittings for the bathroom and regret it. Limescale build up is really obvious and we can't do scrubbing as the black paint would peel off. Dust is also extra obvious on a black surface, as seen on our toilet roll holder. We chose frosted glass as our bathroom door. It looks nice, but it's a double-sided big surface that I've got to do regular cleaning on. Without cleaning, fingerprints and water droplet marks are obvious. I suppose getting a bigger door handle instead of this aesthetically small and cute one would have prevented the fingerprints. Haha.
