Under $3K for a Stunning Bathroom Transformation

Renovating two bathrooms on a tight budget was no small feat, but with careful planning and a bit of creativity, we made it happen for under $5K! Before the renovation, our bathrooms were cramped and lacked functionality. 
We envisioned a more practical and modern space while sticking to our budget. Instead of a full makeover, we focused on smart upgrades, like overlaying just one side of the wall and floor tiles to create a striking feature wall. 
To maximize space and natural light, we divided the bathrooms into wet and dry areas with a half-wall and glass divider, allowing sunlight to brighten the shower area. Instead of splurging on custom vanities, we opted for ready-to-use ones, which significantly reduced costs without compromising style. 
The result? Functional, beautiful bathrooms that feel much larger and brighter—proof that thoughtful design can go a long way!
