Hi everyone! Today I wanna share about our master bedroom! Our initial plan for this room was to keep it simple and minimal. We wanted it to be a safe haven where we can unwind after a long day. The first thing that we wanted was to build a platform and only purchase a mattress, yes we didn't see the need of having a bed frame. We honestly think it was a really good decision. We got our King sized mattress from The Mattress Centre at only $1188 (including 2 memory foam pillows) I think opting out of a bed frame creates a more cosy and intimate bedroom setting. I remembered going down to the shop months ago to try the mattresses and fell in love with this model for its high quality foam and pocketed spring for contouring support. Until today, we are still in love with our mattress and look forward to bed time hehe.

Unlike most homes, we do not have a vanity corner in the bedroom! Instead, we kept it minimal with a Christian poster and an olive plant.
