Mr has always wanted to have a home gym. So in our new home, we created a mini home gym in some spare space that we still have for now! In this simple home-gym, we selected versatile and space-efficient equipment. Home-gym essentials: Dumb bell, yoga mat, sit up bench. We also pasted mirrors on the wall so that we can observe our form while exercising. To cushion the weight of the dumbbells, we got exercise mats to place on the floor. While for Mrs, all she requires for a "home gym" is a treadmill! This treadmill is foldable, and it supports speeds of up to 12km/hour. Plus, it has 3 incline mode! The display screen is able to track speed, distance, heart rate and calories burnt. The machine is suitable for walking, jogging or running. The running belt has multiple-layer shock absorber, and has a comfortable running area of 40x110cm for a stable and comfortable running experience.
