When designing our kitchen, we only opted for lower cabinet as we wanted it to look more spacious, functional and clutter-free. With years of limited storage, we knew every inch had to count. We have lots of drawers, including hidden ones. The top drawer near the coffee corner has a concealed section for utensils, perfect for keeping things neat. Deeper drawers below hold jars, coffee gear, and larger tools, making everything easy to find. More hidden drawers on the other side which also holds utensils. To maximize storage, we also added separate plastic drawers from Muji and Daiso. These stackable units are perfect for organizing smaller items and fit neatly into unused corners. They keep everything tidy while adding much-needed extra space. Next, instead of a built-in dish rack, we chose a compact, movable one for everyday dishware. Once the dishes are dry, we store them back in the drawers, keeping the countertop clean.
