3. Retaining original BTO fittings - door frames 
Painted over the frame to match PD door and wall 
- toilet bowl (we got lucky with an American Standard model) 
- kitchen floor tiles 
4. Taobao blinds & curtains $822 for 2 blinds, 2 curtains, handyman installation
