One of the biggest concern of having an open concept kitchen is usually the cooking smells and fumes which comes along when we cook. To mitigate this, we happen to have a window we centered around the induction hob which we will open during heavy cooking, and planned for as a strong hood as well. The Ninja Foodi has also been a great kitchen tool which helps to minimise oil during cooking too!

Having an open kitchen also means we have to keep our kitchen space neat and tidy to maintain a decluttered space. Having a cutlery organiser right under our cooking stove also makes it easier to grab utensils during cooking.
