I spend a good amount of time in the bathroom as it's where I get ready in the mornings, so I made sure to have a design that would be clean, inviting, warm and bright at the same time. 
Old HDB flats tend to have smaller toilets so I opted for a medicine mirror cabinet that I bought from Crate Barrel when they were closing down. This helped to ease storage woes and allows me now to keep my toiletries out of sight. 
For a sense of warm and contrast to the largely monochromatic colours of white, black, grey and chrome, I opted for terracotta tiles for the top half of the toilet walls. 
Wired glass is a feature that runs throughout my home and the bathroom was definitely no exception. These aluminium bi fold doors complement this look effortlessly and is a space save especially when entering and exiting the bathroom. 
I love the combination of mini square tiles with coloured grout. For the master bathroom I opted for black grout lines to keep it a little classy, and to pair it with the grey tiles I used on the floor. 
Wall hung cabinets are the best as they allow for the floor underneath to be accessed and cleaned easily. 
A wider angle of the bathroom to see how the different coloured tiles complement and contrast with each other. I forgot to mention that one of the reasons why the terracotta tiles were used for the top half was that terracotta is more porous compared to other materials and absorb more moisture over time, so it's best to keep them away from the floor where it tends to be wet and trap moisture especially in bathrooms.
