    Welcome back hipvan community! This is our half-half room because it is half study and half gym. It was a tough decision for E's as she was contemplating between a reformer machine or study space. Taking into consideration that she is going back to school soon, a study space make more sense.

    Small study space but sufficient. This room has no fixed carpentry which gives us the flexibility to turn this to a children room in the future.

    Also a space for some of our toy collections... We love the idea of Ikea half display half opaque door to help us to control visual clutter. E reads a lot and all of her books are hidden behind those doors.

    Here come the other side of the room...a home gym for G. I guess you can also call this our hobby room...
