We initially planned to turn our bedroom 3 into an entertainment room where we could lounge, chill, and watch movies, and probably even have our work desk if we needed to work from home. Of course, by rebuilding the wall to our 3rd bedroom, it definitely made the space much smaller.

One of the first few purchases from Taobao was this dog stool! Definitely carted this out without the husband's approval 🐢 By pushing the walls in, we definitelt had a little niche area to place a potted plant or style this little corner.

We love how our ID helped to install the reeded glass door which really compliments the space and also allowing natural light to pass through to the kitchen. We did some rearranging in our work room and managed to squeeze in our one-seater sofa into the room once we purchased our Castlery sofa!

And there we go! Our mini office for the both of us. We initially had placed our desks facing the green wall, however, the entrance to the room felt really squeezy after a while with the work chair blocking the way, so we switched it up! Perks of having no fixed carpentry in the room - we get to shift things around πŸ‘Only regret was not getting a small ceiling fan for this small room because it does get stuffy and a standing fan do take up space especially since our area is already so small.

We chose to get venetian blinds for the room to match the "entertainment room" feels. This was the only room without curtains! Since we've always thought that we would turn this room into an entertainment room, we just bought work desks from IKEA as "temporary" measure. 10 months in, this is still our work room πŸ˜‚πŸ˜ Perhaps one day, we will really have our entertainment room 😎
