Welcome to our home! 𧑠It was love at first sight for us when we first viewed this home due to its very efficient layout and the spacious living/dining area π₯Ή To give our home a minimalistic and spacious feel, we opted to not segregate the living and dining area so that there is a complete line of eye sight for the whole area. This is where we lounge after work, over weekends, host our family & friends π€ We love that this area can comfortably hosts at least 10 pax! 
We decided to place our dining table to be close to the kitchen for ease of access, especially when we are cooking! With our placement, we are also able to watch the television from here while having our meals π€π€π€ 
Welcome to our huge kitchen! π We love our ample counter top space for meal preps or baking. We segregated the left side to be mainly for cooking while the right countertops & cabinets house our washing machine & robot vacuum! If we need more space for meal prep (e.g. Steamboat π), we use the ample countertop space on the right! We usually also use the countertop on the right to fold our clean laundry π€ Super convenient as our laundry rack is just right beside. 
Take a look at our 2 favourite appliances (so far π) We really canβt leave without our Dreame X40 Master robot vacuum!!! It really helps us to keep the house clean π§‘π§‘𧑠We would say it is our best buy in terms of appliances so far!! Our LG washer comes with ezdispense function, meaning we can load in laundry detergent and softener and it is good to go for many rounds of laundry! No more fumbling for these during every laundry cycle π€ 
We enjoy cooking & baking so a built in oven is a must for us. We chose Techno due to past experience with the brand and so far it hasnβt disappoint! We placed our water dispenser here due to proximity π We and guests can easily take water haha. This positioning is also nearer to the sink, so no need to drill more holes π 
We designed our shoe cabinet to place our commonly used items and footwear. Open niche at the bottom for easy access and ventilation π€π€ We keep our perfumes for easy access too, before leaving the house! We chose 2 different laminates to ensure that it doesnβt turn our flat π We love the final results!!! 
We placed a full size mirror for a last check before heading out of the house! We selected the same laminate for our main door to ensure cohesiveness of the entryway βΊοΈ We love the look our of main door! 𧑠We also installed digital locks and itβs soooo convenient now! No keys please! π Me Dβs shoes for his easy access π€£ 
75 inch TV from Xiaomi and soundbar from Redmi for movie nights and a 3 meter long comfy sofa to stretch our legs at the end of a long day! π΄

Last picture for this post! π€ A look into our arch area β we bought the 2 dragon portraits from our most recent trip to BKK We are definitely thinking of changing this area up as thereβs more ways to utilise the height of this arch better π We shall update again if there are any changes to this space!
