Since the rest of the home was pretty full of decor, we wanted to keep the bedroom simple with just mainly our bed, wardrobe and a side table. We chose to go for a built-in wardrobe to utilise floor-to-ceiling storage space. Our ID suggested the recessed, circular handles which we absolutely love!

We placed our queen-sized bed next to the wardrobe with a side table next to the windows. This was the best orientation for us that resulted in more walking space in the room. There was a square of free space in front of the wardrobe so the room feels more spacious.

The wardrobe faces out into our living room so we decided to go for a minimal, symmetrical design. This way, when guests are peeking in, they won't be able to see any clutter or our bed. This allows us to open our bedroom door and still have some privacy.

There's an area of free space in front of our wardrobe for us to get dressed comfortably. A full-length mirror came with the wardrobe and was mounted inside the right-most door. This saved us some space as we didn't have to mount a full-length mirror elsewhere in the room.

Instead of another empty space on the wall, we chose to mount the clock above our master toilet entrance to add more character to that side of the room. It's also the best placement to view the time clearly.
