Virtual House Tour
We designed this apartment with a clear intent - to have a space that feels premium not by expensive details, but by the daring contrast of light and dark tones to demarcate spaces. We’re contented that this resale 4room BTO turned out the way we wanted it, with a minimal budget within $40k including furnishings. 
We wanted a connected space that allows for conversation to flow across the living spaces. 
We decided to keep the living room large & minimal, as we knew the touch of personalities and decors will come along the way.

An open study that uses part of the knocked-down first bedroom, with dark tones to demarcates its space. 
We redesigned the common bathroom into a large powder room, as we wanted to keep the moisture to the master bathroom with a larger window. 
The large built-in drawers is storage for all our toiletries. 
The master bedroom is kept simple, with consistent warm tones flowing from the rest of the apartment. 
We kept the bathtub from the previous owner intact as we knew it’ll be fun for the lil’ ones.
