Small but mighty service yard

We didn't have a large service yard area, so we made the most of it by installing a side cabinet and a bottom cabinet. We initially wanted a cabinet on the wall but as you can see - too many exposed pipes! We choose to leave this open and added some open shelves for easy access to laundry stuff. A plant or two brightens up the space too!
Our go-to fabric conditioner is Kao Flair, it smells so good and fragrance is released upon contact with body heat. It is also anti-bacterial which is a cut above other fabric softeners.
Here's a better look a the service yard from a distance, we have installed a Steigen system which helps to dry our clothes.
Storage is so important for a service yard! We did not want to waste any space with box ups and have some shallow shelving above our sealed rubbish shoot. It is perfect for everyday items!
