The new BTO flats' service yards are pretty much fixed in size and shape. An estimated 3 square meter little rectangle yard space. With that said, it is very limited as to how we use the space. Therefore we decided to keep it simple, practical, functional, and as little clutter as possible. Here is an overview of our simple service yard.
