Simple Serenity: Our Japandi Dining Nook

Our dining area is a small, cozy nook where we enjoy our meals together. We hacked half of the wall between the kitchen and dining area and installed windows to maintain connection while defining the space. Slender white window frames seamlessly integrate with the interiors, enhancing openness without visual clutter. 
The windows are usually often left open to invite natural ventilation and expand the space visually. 
Our dining area features a Japandi-style wood table and rattan chairs, paired with a rattan pendant light that adds warmth and soft texture to the space. FYI: By the way, all our furniture and lights featured in this picture are sourced at affordable prices from Taobao.
