Simple healthy recipe!
Cut your chicken fillet and potatoes into bite sized pieces.
In separate bowls, season both chicken and potatoes with the following:
- salt
- pepper
- paprika powder
- garlic powder
- chilli powder/flakes
coat them in olive oil and mix well
cook/grill the chicken until well cooked.
airfry the potatoes for 200degs for about 20mins (turning them over or giving it a shake in between) until desired crisp/doneness.
serve with a side of salad with your preferred dressing, and eggs! done!
