Simple DIY Christmas decor for a cosy holiday!

Christmas is upon us once again! Here to share some budget-friendly ideas for decorating your home. I got a couple of mini decor from Daiso to place on the window ledge just above my study table. 
I bought cheap baubles from Japan Home and painted over them because I don't like the typical bright and shiny Christmas colours. I wanted to have matte and muted ornaments but couldn't find any so I painted over with acrylic paint. 
Here's how our tree looks with my DIY ornaments! Our tree is a real tree and we love the smell of it! :) 
No surprise that this Christmas stocking is from Daiso too! I just had to get it because of the colour. Stuffed it with flowers that I had dried myself from a bouquet and hung this on the door to our study room. 
I got this rattan wreath from Daiso. Cut a few branches off of the tree and attached them to the wreath. I added a little bear soft toy which I already owned and reused some old ribbons :) Cheapest wreath ever but isn't it cute! 
Finally, adding a tapestry and some plants to the area makes this a really cosy corner for dining!
