Hello everyone! We are first time homeowners and are very excited to share with you guys our reno journey. Ours is a 4 room resale flat that just MOP-ed when we purchased it. As we all know how small 4-room flats are these days, we wanted to make it as open as possible. 
The kitchen wall (left) and bedroom wall (right) which we hacked. We were lucky that our flat could allow us to hack down the wall to create an open kitchen concept. 
In addition, we also hacked down the wall in Bedroom 3 aka our work room. 
As the perpendicular wall on the right consist of half a structural beam, we were unable to hack it down completely. We figured it might also be better that we retain a complete room just in case we need to repurpose this room which will be our work room for now. Stay tuned to see how we transform this house!
