Keeping the decor simple and minimal, with a few well-chosen pieces that add personality to the space. A few framed prints, a vase with fresh flowers, and a few decorative objects on a shelf or mantle will be enough to make the space feel lived-in and cozy. 
With a neutral color palette of white, gray, or beige walls and floors, with a throw that adds a pop of colour. 
With a natural wooden coffee table, picture frames and lamps, it creates a warm and cozy feel that is common in Nordic design. 
An abundant of green plants throughout the living room lends a picture of nature indoors. I have chosen house plants with a variety of textures and heights.
