Our vanity area is specifically inspired by thisisneverthat in Hongdae and Benjamin Barker in Ion Orchard. We love how the overhead box lighting illuminated the wood laminates in these stores and decided to bring that look into our home! 
Our vanity is combined together with our wardrobe so that it is seamless and provides ease and efficiency when getting ready every morning. More about our wardrobe layout in our future master bedroom post!

Unfortunately, these lights aren't bright enough for make-up application so we have a small natural light mirror as supplementary lighting! 
We keep our most used products on the table and store the rest in the drawer below. 
We do our skin care routine in the toilet as it is more convenient after hopping out of the shower. We love this lazy susan skin care organizer as it houses all our products very efficiently!
