Finally got our windows & shower screens installed just before the start of our carpentry installation! We decided to source for an external contractor for glass works since our IDβs quote was 1.5-2x higher. π₯² 
π΅ Svc Yard Window: $390 standard + $100 for powder-coating to match HDB standard colour = $490 π΅ Common bathroom: Half-curved screen = $270 π΅ Master bathroom: 2 Fixed 1 Swing screen = $495 π‘Tip: Minimally, do your svc yard window before carpentry works begin to protect carpentry against rain! The home is finally taking real shape, canβt wait to share the rest of the progress soon!
