Reflecting on what decisions we made that we do not regret for the home! Firstly was the installation of LED strips and acrylic panels in both our bathrooms. We have a few lights in our bathroom - 1 main light, 1 from the LED mirror and 1 from the LED strips under the acrylic panels. This gives us a few options to choose from depending on how bright we need the space to be. We find the LED strips under the acrylic panels are more gentle on the eyes especially when we use the bathroom in the middle of the night! Definitely a small detail to consider if you are in the midst of renovation. 
Next would be the standing vanity concealed within the master bedroom’s wardrobe. Not having a dedicated dressing table space works for us and by having a standing vanity, we can maximise on the storage space too. Plus, less dust since its not exposed! 
Next would be the installation of electrical sockets right outside our bathroom. Our ID informed that HDB does not allow the installation of power sockets in the bathroom, so we made do with this right outside the bathroom entrance. We usually use the hairdryer with this point, when drying hair in the bathroom! A huge plus is that doing so also contains the hair within the bathroom area which we can easily clean up after with a carpet roller, so we don’t see random hairs all around the house!
