Moving into our second home, we kinda know what we are looking for in the next kitchen and what makes cooking and cleaning easier for us. Sharing our reno no-regrets for our kitchen. 
Having a retractable tap makes cleaning the sink easier especially we opted for a bigger sink this time. 
Previously we are using the flame stove because it’s cheaper, but the food residue from cooking trapped inside the stove makes cleaning so difficult. So we are glad to have this hybrid induction stove that can use both stainless steel pot and my existing ceramic/glass pot. After cooking, wiping the surface is a breeze! 
Best decision ever to have a small ceiling fan with tri-light for our kitchen. Now I can spend longer time in kitchen tidying up and cooking without much sweat. 
Previous house my backsplash was using subway tile which I love it. But this time I wanted to have glass backsplash for minimalist design and of cause easy cleaning of oil splashes after cooking. The backsplash looks even better with the led light. 
For minimalist design and feel, I requested the electric point to be conceal from the outside. From outside it looks so neat as it’s hidden behind the cabinet. 
Been hearing so much about sintered stone so decided to top up a little bit more to have this beautiful piece counter top for the kitchen. Can stand heat, scratches and stains!
