The awing was a wonderful investment to increase space! 
We decided to convert the top level with indoor and outdoor spaces to entertain guests! 
Hacked and renovated the entire bathroom with replaced with high quality GROHE, ROCA, HERA products! 
Parquet stairway to connect both levels. 
Our featured wall to hide the entrance of the stairway on the lower floor and the bomb shelter. We really loved the fluted panels. 
A studio apartment style - open concept for tight spaces! A little balcony where we were able to enjoy more outdoor space! 
Invested in OPSH inbuilt wardrobe and flushed into the panels. We also built extra storage above. DECKEN ceiling fan is amazing for high ceiling.

The sliding full length mirror was really wonderful and the top portion of drawers used as a vanity area. 
Open concept kitchen and study! We also had an additional HOMES TO LIFE counter top added to increase kitchen space. 
Built in hood, induction stove and refrigerator are under GAGGENAU. We had a BOSCH washer and dryer and added a PANASONIC multifunctional oven, which helped with lots of cooking! 
Hacked bathroom 2! We made a wet and dry area for this bathroom. 
Bomb shelter hidden which was had lots of storage space inside!
