Here's the view before stepping into our home. Some may be wondering, what is the plant doing there - well, it's for added privacy :) We also have a guard cat who loves to manja with the deliveryman.
The wall lamp at the entrance has a motion sensor and the automatic light is very useful for the usually dark area.
The shoe area is not the neatest but we are glad that there's space to place a bench. We can't always have a chance to sit on it though as there's a family member who loves sitting on it.
There is a side door which extends to the shoe cabinet/storage area. This french door is 30 years old (original condition) and we love it!
Once you enter the house, you will be greeted by this sizeable mirror which has been useful when we want to check ourselves out.
Wished we had more space for a side board but we decided to do without it so we made use of our open shelf to place our keys, masks etc when we enter the house.
