DINKWAD life in our cozy 4-room BTO
POV: You step into our semi-private & aesthetic Entryway 😌

Hello again! It’s time for us to come back home to our Entryway — or our home’s welcome after a looooong day of work. Our entryway is designed to create privacy and as a transition from outside to inside, from stressed to relaxed, and from activity to rest. When you step into our home, you are greeted by big mosaic tiles with terracotta coloured grout, marking your entrance into the space. Cut into a curved shape, this brings both good energy and a gradual submersion into the rest of the house, which has matching orange elements. Turn to your left and you’ll be greeted by a HAY style bench, in complementary red and blue, for you to sit and undo your shoes. Head in further and you get access to our shoe rack to keep your shoes, which is cleverly hidden below a built-in privacy display shelf to create a sense of separation from the main area of the house, and for privacy. Look up, and you can gander the shelves and have a peek into the characters playfully placed on the displays. If you look closely, you’ll also notice mosaic tiles in the shelf nooks that have the same terracotta grout for that ~design unity~ Turn to your right and open the carpentry door to reveal the hidden bomb shelter behind it. Decked with magnetic shelves and hooks on the door, these contain everyday items like the dog leash and treats, cleaning supplies and wet wipes. Plenty of storage and super accessible! That’s all for now! See you in the next post!
